WHOLESALE TRADE ONLY
All accounts must have a city/county privilege licence and have a state tax certificate to operate as a retailer/reseller of our merchandise. Sweet Salt Clothing reserves the right to approve on a case-by-case basis.

All new account registrations are reviewed to ensure that you are a good fit with Sweet Salt Clothing and are subject to approval at Sweet Salt Clothing’s discretion.

Retailers cannot offer any Sweet Salt Clothing products on any third-party website, including but not limited to: Amazon, Ebay, Walmart.com. All websites and onlin emarketplace stores will be checked by Sweet Salt Clothing. Sweet Salt Clothing reserves the right to refuse any reseller’s request to sell or display our products atany time. Retailers engaging in unapproved use of third-party websites are in violation of this policy and are subject to their account being terminated or suspended.

TERMS OF SALE

Payments must be made at time of order. We accept PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept C.O.D shipments. Orders may be subject to cancellation if payment cannot be completed. Order cancellations at the request of the customer must be submitted in written format via fax or email.

MINIUMUS

All prices and minimums are subject to change without notice. All items ordered under the minimum unit will be held for shipment until the minimum level is achieved.
The following minimums apply to all customers:
MINIMUM OPENING ORDER: $300
MINIMUM REORDER: $150

SHIPPING POLICY

All shipments are F.O.B American Fork, Utah.
Default shipment method is Fedex.

BACKORDERS

Backorders will be generated unless specified and are subject to review; backorders under $50 are subject to cancellation.

Shipping Status Codes
Open: order received and waiting for the appropriate time for shipment.
Hold: Waiting for additional information.
Released to Warehouse: Order released to warehouse for picking and packaging.
Backorder: Items are on backorder
Shipped: Order has been shipped
Confirmed: Status prior to inventory adjustment and order invoiced.
Invoiced: Shipped and invoiced, tracking information is available.
Cancelled: Order has been cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

All items are non-returnable with the following exceptions:

Returns are not accepted without prior approval. All items are non-refundable. Defective items will be exchanged with prior approval. Defective items must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of goods.

All discrepancies and claims must be reported to Sweet Salt Clothing within 10 business days of receipt of goods. Freight damages should be reported with a claim filed with the carrier. Sweet Salt Clothing reserves the right to refuse an exchange or return at their discretion. All returns for defective items are approved on a case-by-case basis. Approved returns must be in their original packaging.
